THIS IS SO MUCH USEFUL !!!!! IT MAY HAVE SAVE MY FINAL TOMORROW !!! I was
doing hamiltonian with momentum but i don’t understand at all the process
why until i discover this video. Oh my !! you saved my day !!!
*sorry for the caps* hahaha XD

Wow. A lot of thinks just made sense. The potential function ‘primer’ at
the end was nice
why do they cancel … because on the lhs shouldn’t you have x hat (where
hat denotes operator)dell x phi whereas on the rhs you have dell x (x phi)
where we are thinking of x as a just x (because x hat phi = x phi). I did
the same method as you and it looks nice to be able to do this but I
couldn’t think why x hat dell x phi equalled x dell x phi?
Thank you! I’ve been searching around for some good QM videos. I think I
might have a chance after all to leave this class with more than a passing
grade… like a basic understanding of how “to do” QM.

ok, but could you tell me what to do in case of such commutator: [p^2,x]?
If possible, step by step?

Really good, thank you

does x hat acting on dell x phi x dell x phi?
