I get flexing your rights and all that but here is something that I think
alot of you are missing. The guy lives in GOVERNMENT HOUSING!!. For him to
lives in government housing, meaning because he lives there, means the
police have more authority than in non- government housing. This
authority is granted to the police by the housing authority and which
every person agrees to when they decide to live there. So before you decide
the cop is being a dick or something like that, remember, the cop was being
nice and not pushing his authority as much as he could have. But I see the
cameraman neglected to mention that so, FLEX ON>

Pigs can ask you for your ID whenever they want but you don’t have to show
them your ID unless your suspected of committing a crime.

No no no, he can ask if he damn well pleases… you just can’t demand you
answer, nor can he arbitrarily detain you! But he ‘can’ ask. Just
    pointing out semantics there.

all respect to you for flexing your rights. only one thing, keep your
mouth shut. only say whats needed. you talk too much.

Just because you choose not to cooperate in a police investigation doesn’t
mean you have to be a dick about it. It’s the cop’s right to ask and it’s
your right to refuse. A little respect would have diffused the encounter.
The cop isn’t going to have trouble sleeping because you took time to mouth
    off to him.

There is obviously more to this story. Someone apparently called the
police. There is something called ” common law right of inquiry” . The
Police can ask any questions they want . You are allowed to be a paranoid
douche bag as well. A ” registered republican” ? Why the hell would
anybody care about that? You have some serious mental issues that you may
    want to address.

More cop logic. It was funny when you told him not to shoot you. Another
clueless oinker with the almighty badge. And you are right some do rape
women, beat children etc. Here’s a good example, Police Brutality in
Auburn, WA: Cops arresting, assaulting, and harassing the local youth

WTF? You’re helping move and a random cops decides to waltz up for no
apparent reason? Why does it feel like we’re missing more to this story.
