I used jury nullification to start a conversation with an attractive woman when I had jury selection. Alas, some good little Nazi must have overheard and told on me. They sent me home after a 30-45 min. Q&A.

I say keeping the jury ignorant is tampering.

A tactic the feds like to use is to pursue a prosecution right up until it’s obvious they’re going to lose then drop the case. When a similar “crime” is committed they try it again until they get a conviction.
This way they avoid the “no, the feds can’t do that” precedent that a dozen judges tried to hand down and get the “go for it” ruling from one authoritarian judge.
That precedent then makes a conviction the next time they pull their garbage more likely.

Anyone near Orlando, FL? I will be handing out FIJA brochures tomorrow morning at the Orange County Courthouse, Orlando FL. I arrive there at 7:15am and leave about 8:45am. I hand out at least, 350 flyers to the prospective jurors on Monday mornings and sometime other weekday mornings. I would appreciate any help, If anything else just to monitor me so I do not get set up and arrested. Mark

Not everyone can attack on all fronts… Jury Nullification is extremely important to the freedom fight as is the free state project and simple things like talking to people you know on a personal level about the gun in the room…
You seem to care a lot about chemtrails. Please feel free to work on that front and the people in Keene will work on what they feel is most important to them…

    Very interesting.

  9. cdimmm16 January, 2011 at 2:58 am

Would also be effective is young citizens waking up to the 24/7 military chemtrail operations. Young, old i don’t think anyone likes to be poisoned unless of course you live in Keene

I just went to tyrannyfighters [dot] com and donated $100.

I makes $8.50 an hour working in a warehouse. I don’t have a car. I live in an efficiency apartment. If I can spare a hundred bucks, then God dammit, somebody out there can help this hero much better than I can. This is everything. This is history. This is as important as the 2nd amendment and the 1st amendment.

    We can’t lose this.

Just imagine…..they told me I had to go to my own “jury trial” held in an equity/contract court. So I didn’t go. So they mailed me a bill, called a “Bench Warrant”, which also happens to be an attachment process by a creditor, which I promptly sent back revoking not only their authority, but also their unlawful claim, all contracts having been executed. I then left proper redress avenues for them (lawful), and pointed out the four corners rule of all contracts, in common law. Hint….HINT.

It is the Federal Government who is tampering with juries by not informing them of their rights; instead, telling them they have to uphold the [unconstitutional] law. Wire-tapping is supposed to only applicable to in-secret recording i.e. phone calls & the law is meant to protect from entrapment and unjust prosecution. i.e. Get secretly wiretapped without a warrant & your attorney can get it thrown out… probably legal for defensive purposes.

Another lawful thing to apply, is the Grand Jury stick, to their mule. Have someone in the area (or the man in question) write up not only a Habeas (constructive) but also a lawful (not legal, that is irrelevant) complaint, take it to the Sheriff, demand a Grand Jury. It is fully within the delegated power of a Sheriff to round up a Grand Jury INSTANTLY, so help him by bringing YOUR OWN (25, Magna Carta rules), or have him round them up. Then and there, decide the case, the fact, and the law.

  14. ajmprovidence16 January, 2011 at 1:57 am

its not. its like when you record the police in a public place they charge you with wire-tapping

  15. BeantownJim16 January, 2011 at 1:56 am

    President!

  16. TheCaptainSlappy16 January, 2011 at 1:52 am

Hopefully, this fine man will remind the “judge” at his trial that the “judge” is a magistrate only in ministerial capacity, in a court not of record (nisi prius), and lay the hammer to anyone in his court room, start to finish. A couple of writs should handle this, with no “trial” at all, on his end of it (Constructive Habeas, etc.).

How is informing a Jury of their rights tampering?

  18. homertalk16 January, 2011 at 12:58 am

The Police net is tightening! Its sick

It is one of those classic cases, which RR has editorialized about in previous videos, where the “state” hurts itself by aggressing vindictively. This is a shameless act of political opportunism for which the state has become so well-versed (“let no crisis go wasted”), coming on the heels of the AZ shooting. The arrogance of going after an 80yo man for his speech should backfire and this is, in reality, a great chance for the liberty-minded to seize the momentum. This is of vital interest.

  20. slewofdamascus15 January, 2011 at 10:46 pm

02:20 How many PAID federal and, no doubt, state, police types are required to handle one 80yo jury activist? One to break his civil rights and arrest him and 13 more to Stop/Think/Connect ( /watch?v=SlAyccL8Y54 )?

I would like to attend the trial in his support.

The Constitution was created to protect private citizens from the government, not the other way around. This is a miscarriage of justice if I ever saw one.
