    An abstract meditation on the nature of reality.

    VH = HV

    “Symmetry is a unitary operation that commutes with the Hamiltonian.”

    “Conservation and symmetry are closely related.”

    I like Susskind’s sense of humor. He combines it with his slow yet deep
    presentation style. He starts with a 1hr review of QM. Then goes onto
    symmetries.

    The notation of QM is quite abstract and difficult to get a feeling for. I
    think there are many levels of intuition you can get from studying it. A
    never ending challenge.

    I want to believe that the Moon is on the sky even when I do not look at it.
    Quantum Physics in my opinion is an incomplete Theory, is our lack of
    understanding the Universe and because of that we introduce probability in
    order to work with it…We can build lasers, computers which running
    fine…but do we understand the nature of reality?
    Matter at small scales is creepy, is boiling space-time…indeed mind
    bending
